Other options for getting there and home safely
How do I get from the parking lot to the site?
Once at the Hawrelak Park parking lot, follow the signs, or the directions from our friendly volunteers, to get to the Main Gate. There will be a golf cart service provided for those with mobility issues helping people from the parking lot to the gate.
Can I bring my kids to the festival?
Yes! In fact, we want them to come so badly that kids aged 12 and under get in for FREE! You're being a great parent by introducing your kid to great music, by the way.
What to expect at the Main Gate
Please have your ticket ready, or ID if you have tickets waiting at the Will Call tent. Children 12 and under are free. All patrons will have bags & coolers searched to ensure safety for all our all of us.
What Can I bring?
Feel free to bring outside food, a lawn chair (beach size only), bug spray, sunscreen, and plastic water bottles.
What can’t I bring?
There will be no glass, weapons, or outside alcohol allowed on the premises.
What services are offered besides the stellar music?
We will have 4 food trucks (Bully, Drift, Royal Treats and Smokehouse BBQ) offering tasty foods and non-alcoholic beverages. A beer tent provides beer, coolers and wine. The Amphitheatre is fully licenced so you may take your drink of choice back to your seats and/or tarp.
Where can I smoke?
There will be no smoking nor vaping within the Amphitheatre per civic bylaws, but a fenced-off smoking section will be accessible for your puffing & vaping enjoyment.
What are the Festival’s hours of operation?
Our gates open at 4 pm Friday, August 16, and at 11 am on Saturday, August 17. The performances end at 10 pm each day, and patrons must leave Hawrelak Park by 11 pm each night.
